Our carer training supports our carers
Under our learning programme, you won’t simply be sat in a classroom making notes. Much more focus is given to a collaborative learning environment where we support our staff through their journey of developing valuable skills and knowledge.
All of our carers are self-employed and as such, it is their responsibility to ensure the relevant training, listed below, is kept up to date yearly:
- Manual Handling
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
- First Aid
The carers who work with us may complete their mandatory training with another approved provider, nevertheless we welcome them to complete their training with Patricia White’s. Please be aware that we do not accept carers who are not registered with us onto our training courses.
