Cameron Young
Chief Executive Officer
Cameron Young joined Patricia White's in September 2023. Cameron is a strategic leader who is deeply passionate about home care.
He has a background helping companies in this industry having previously been Chief Strategy Officer for another domiciliary care provider. A Transformation Director for a community equipment service provider, and an advisor to several health-tech companies. Prior to this, he spent over a decade as a management Consultant at Bain & Company where he developed his expertise in strategy, customer experience, marketing, change management and transformation. His clients included multiple FTSE 100 companies across sectors as well as healthcare providers, NHS Trusts, the Department for Health & Social Care, and even No 10 during the COVID pandemic.
Bradley Edwards
Chief Tranformation Officer
Bradley Edwards joined Trinity Homecare as the new Chief Operating Officer at the beginning of 2024 and is now Chief Transformation Officer. Bradley started his career in the retail sector and has worked for several well-known UK brands, namely Mars and Camelot the National Lottery. It was 10 years ago that Bradley transitioned to the social care sector and previously worked for Bupa, Sunrise Senior Living and Achieve Together in a variety of leadership roles. When Bradley is not working, he is a dad of two teenage boys, Jack and Harry, a wife and the dog Poppy. He lives in Carnoustie, which is most famous for the Championship Golf Course. In Bradley’s spare time he likes to play golf and Ski.

Avril Martin
Operations Manager
Avril is passionate about helping clients remain in the comfort of their own homes, close to the people who matter most. Since joining Patricia White’s in 2017 as a Care Relationship Executive, she has progressed into her current role as Operations Manager, where she leads the team with dedication and care.
With a strong background in the airline and cruise industries, Avril brings a natural flair for delivering a highly personalised service. She takes great care in matching clients with carers, ensuring both practical needs and personal connections are thoughtfully considered.
Known for her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail, Avril is committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client and carer, reflecting the team’s genuine passion for outstanding care.
Outside of work, Avril enjoys unwinding with reformer Pilates and yoga, walking her cockapoo along the beach, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and travelling to sunny, warm destinations.
Gemma Streeter
Client Relationship Executive
Gemma is one of our compassionate Client Relationship Executives and has been a valued member of the Patricia White’s team since 2018. Having previously worked as a carer in the field before moving into the office, she brings with her a wealth of hands-on experience and understanding. In addition, Gemma worked within the NHS as a Complaints Manager, where she liaised with multiple departments, giving her valuable knowledge, strong communication skills and a solutions-focused approach.
As a mother, Gemma understands the importance of trust, reliability and caring for others — values she brings to her role every day. She is also actively involved in charity events, reflecting her commitment to supporting people and making a positive difference within the wider community.
Gemma is passionate about providing the highest standard of support to both clients and carers. She takes great pride in getting to know each carer as an individual, believing that understanding their personality, strengths and experience is key to creating thoughtful, successful matches that truly enhance a client’s quality of life.
Ruby Brayford
Client Relationship Executive
Ruby is one of our dedicated Client Relationship Executives, bringing valuable experience from working in a very busy GP surgery. During her time there, she developed a strong skill set in complaints handling, diary management and coordinating the day-to-day demands of a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Ruby is passionate about her role and takes pride in maintaining a calm and organised approach, even under pressure. She understands the importance of clear communication and efficiency, ensuring both clients and carers always feel supported.
Outside of work, Ruby enjoys spending time with horses and has a love for painting, which allows her to unwind and express her creativity.
Julie Lackey
Client Relationship Executive
Julie is a dedicated and experienced professional who has recently joined Patricia Whites as a Client Relationship Executive. With over 20 years of service within the NHS. Having built a strong foundation across a variety of roles, most recently working in Mental Health Specialised Commissioning as a Project and Programme Manager. This experience has equipped Julie with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of delivering person-centred services.
Julie is passionate about continuous learning and am always eager to develop new skills to support both her personal and professional growth. She brings a positive, adaptable approach to her work and take pride in building meaningful relationships and making a difference.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending quality time with my family, especially my grandchildren. With a love for all things creative and find joy in baking, which allows me to relax and express my creativity.
Daniel
Talent Acquisition Manager
Joining the team in 2016 as a highly experienced Recruitment Executive, with a solid track record of accomplishing caseload targets Daniel has progressed through the business to now lead the recruitment team in sourcing the best carers for our business. A naturally hard working and resourceful individual, he thrives in busy and challenging environments where he can utilise his full skill set and extensive experience.
Also with Level 2 NVQ in IT, Daniel has a passion for technology and graphic design.
