She love’s meeting the carers and thinks taking the time to get to know each of them on a more personal level, can make a real difference to being able to match them to the right assignments. Having been a carer prior to joining and having employed carers for my stepfather when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness, she has a genuine understanding of what is required from both sides to make the relationship between carer and client work.
