Client Relationship Executive
Gemma is a Patricia White’s Client Relationship Executive. Gemma joined the team early 2018. Joining with an excellent track record and experience as a Complaints Manager for 8 years and Call Centre Supervisor.
Gemma is passionate about her role and is very dedicated to always perform at her best. She love’s meeting the carers and thinks taking the time to get to know each of them on a more personal level, can make a real difference to being able to match them to the right assignments. Having been a carer prior to joining and having employed carers for my stepfather when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness, she has a genuine understanding of what is required from both sides to make the relationship between carer and client work.
