I would like to thank ALL the carers who helped mum, without you she could not have stayed in her own home which meant so much to her.

Our carer has become more of a friend than a carer. She is always punctual, cheerful and able to use her own initiative. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

We had a carer with us for 14 months and all has worked very well, we are very happy.

Whenever I speak with Gemma and Avril about care requirements for my mother I always feel that they have time for me and will go the extra mile to provide a first class service. Very friendly and professional.

I just wanted to say thanks for all you have done for Joyce. You had to take over at the worst possible moment when lockdown began. Joyce's mental state was also poor then as a consequence of her UTI. You have coped brilliantly in these difficult circumstances.
